Quality Service Guarantee
Our “Quality Service Guarantee” requires us to follow and adhere
to this time line and strategy at each and every renewal:
90 Days Before Renewal
Meet with client
Review current benefits and discuss possible benefit changes
Review future funding (Employee % - Employer %)
Update census data
80 Days Before Renewal
Distribute Request for proposals (RFP’s) to all viable carriers.
75 Days Before Renewal
Answer any carrier questions. Provide additional information as needed.
60 Days Before Renewal
Prepare spreadsheet cost/benefit analysis comparing all alternatives
to current and renewal cost.
Determine best value.
If a change in carriers is required, start enrollment process (forms, employee meetings)
50 Days Before Renewal
Submit to carrier completed package of required applications.
Monitor underwriting process till approval and group number is obtained.
30 Days Before Renewal
Verify renewal process is completed. Verify new ID cards and
follow up on any open enrollment additions or deletions.
